The first try with the guide wheels that keep the bicycle tires centered on the rails did not work very well. There was too flex in the posts because the mounting bolts were too long and having them perpendicular to the rails created an opportunity for them to get caught on debris between the rails.
The new design has the guides at a 45 degree to the rails and much higher off the ground.
