This should be the last part of the exterior work. It includes siding repair and replacement, sanding, removing all of the steel nails, re-nailing with galvanized, priming and painting the siding, installing 2 new windows in existing openings and installing a door in one of the window openings. At a later date there will be a ground level patio with a pergola.
