to upgrade to windows 11 on a machine that does not meet the requirements

to determine if the BIOS is UEFI of Legacy - msinfo32

using RUFUS, Partition Scheme - if the BIOS is Legacy select MBR, if the BIOS is UEFI use GPT

after starting, the "Windows User Experience" dialog box will pop up and allow customizing  the Windows 11 install. At this time you can choose to install with a local account only, among many other options

to delete all of the partitions during windows setup press F10 to enter a command prompt,
enter diskpart, list disk, disk select (disk number), clean *** be really careful

Upgrade:
As of version 24H2,  anyone who wants to carry out an In-Place upgrade onto unsupported hardware will first need to run the two commands below to modify the registry to allow the installation to begin.

Open a command prompt (Run as Administrator), then copy and paste both the commands below.
Then run the Windows 11 Setup application as normal.
